Terms of Service — Carnivore Delights

1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from Carnivore Delights, you agree to the terms outlined in this Terms of Service agreement. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Use

Carnivore Delights sells shelf‑stable, non‑perishable consumable goods such as drink mixes, electrolytes, and coffee blends. Products should be used as directed. We are not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions.

4. International Orders

We ship internationally; however, only non‑perishable items are eligible. Cold‑storage items (such as raw dough or refrigerated foods) cannot be shipped outside the United States.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import fees, and compliance with local regulations.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Tracking is provided for all orders.

7. Returns & Restocking Fees

Unopened, non‑perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All non‑defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened consumables cannot be returned for safety reasons.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality

  • Copy, resell, or exploit any part of the website without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

Carnivore Delights is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs
